David Lee-Tyron Perry "Busta", the firstborn of Melissa Perry and David Carpenter on December 27th, 1992, in Providence, RI has departed this life here on earth Wednesday, March 1st, 2023.
Busta attended Central High school and worked as a maintenance man at the R.I. Indian Council in Providence, RI. He was Native American and belong to the “Narragansett Tribe”. Busta loved spending time with his son, Damari. Busta loved to get on the grill, and most of all he loved food, his favorite food was breakfast. He enjoyed his sister “kina’s” banana pancakes. Busta loved family events and outings.
Busta was a big teddy bear, a gentle giant to those whom he loved and who loved him. Busta loved his mother, and they had a close bond, his smile spoke a thousand words he will truly be missed.
Busta leaves to cherish his memories, his son Damari Perry, Mother Melissa Perry, Father David Carpenter, Grandmother Debra Perry, Grandfather Lonnie Mangum, Maternal brother Damaine Perry, and sister Shakina Perry. A host of paternal siblings, stepfather Charles Clanton, stepmother Tiara Briggs, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Busta was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Jane Carpenter and Lee Gross all of Rhode Island.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on Monday, March 13th from 10:00am - 1:00pm at Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Higginson Ave., Lincoln, RI 02865. Burial will be private.
